Design a suit around your measurements, proportions and style at URBBANA, Portside Wharf, Hamilton. Your consultation covers cloth, cut, lining, buttons and finishing details, followed by a delivery fitting and any final alterations required.

The $1,900, $2,395, $2,700, $3,295 and $3,390 made-to-measure categories are constructed in Turkey. The $4,390 luxury three-piece category is constructed in Italy. Final pricing is confirmed after the exact cloth book, design and garment configuration are selected.

Turnaround and rush orders

Standard made-to-measure turnaround is approximately four to six weeks. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on cloth and production availability, but URBBANA recommends beginning at least six weeks before the garment is required for the best experience.

Custom hand-beaded jackets

Made-to-measure hand-beaded jackets start from $2,500. Highly detailed custom patterns may range from approximately $5,000 to $6,000 depending on the design and handwork required. This custom pricing is separate from ready-to-wear embellished jackets.

Fit and aftercare

Your measurements and order specifications are retained for future orders unless you ask us to delete them. If the first completed fitting requires refinement, URBBANA can arrange alterations. In rare cases where a garment is significantly different from what was ordered, remedies are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

One-year manufacturing-failure guarantee

URBBANA garments and shoes are covered for one year from purchase against manufacturing defects that cause catastrophic garment or footwear failure under normal intended use. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may apply beyond one year.
